The patio is shared with sister bar Las Perlas which is also home to Caña Rum Bar. When rented together, it is a 3-concept space with 2 separate front entrances, 2 indoor bars, 1 outdoor bar, and a shared outdoor patio. Semi-private rentals are available for 20-75 guests, bar buyouts for up to 200 guests, or combined Seven Grand-Las Perlas buyouts for up to 300 guests. This location does not have food in-house, but catering coordination is available from the onsite taco stand, Asador Tacos. Live music coordination is also available.
