Our sprawling seven-acre private gated estate has multiple homes featuring a single-story custom home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen, great master suite with a newly renovated master bath.
What do you have access to while hosting at the Annex? Access to our entire 7.7 acre property, which features stunning overlooking views that will make you forget you are in Austin! There are many spots great for memorable photos to capture a day or weekend you won’t forget! You’ll have access to a pool area, as well as the art gallery on site, Wolf Gallery! Painting workshops can be arranged as part of your stay if you are interested! For those looking to accomplish some work while they stay, the Annex also has access to the Business center located directly above it. This space also comes equipped with 96 96-inch TV that can be converted into a digital whiteboard to help keep corporate meetings on track and organized while still allowing collaborative work meetings!
We have many different options depending on what your party requires and have an extensive local network of vendors we can connect you with to make your event perfect. OutDoor Capacity for Parties:
The outdoor space can accommodate an extremely large amount of people. The largest event we have ever hosted was 500 people, but we are capable of hosting events for much larger groups as well! Please inquire for more information about the outdoors space!
