700 square feet of stylish indoor-outdoor space suited for C-level meetings or private dinners and happy hours. A large flatscreen television already affixed with AppleTV and an HDMI cord is included for the ease of implementing your celebratory slideshow… or death-by-PowerPoint. The $500 is a combined Food & Beverage Minimum for Monday thru Friday Meeting Packages ($50/person gets you coffee, water, lunch, TV, and space rental). Sunday thru Thursday evening and Friday and Saturday morning has a $1,250 F&B Minimum. Friday & Saturday evening has a $2,500 F&B Minimum.
