Underdogs Cantina

Underdogs Cantina is a great American-Mexican bar in San Francisco. They have a good variety of draft beers and cocktails, but I especially love their house-made Bloody Mary’s and Micheladas. The Nachos Son Muy Grande with carne asada were delicious and packed with flavor. We also tried the churros, which were tasty but a little undercooked and doughy.<br><br>What really makes this place awesome is how easy it is to order—just scan the QR code at your table and the food and drinks come out quick. The atmosphere is lively with plenty of seating and TVs showing live sports everywhere. Perfect spot to grab food, drinks, and watch a game. It’s located right across from Oracle Park. Great for pregame drinks.

Best place to pregame before the giants game or just to chill

My company had an event at Underdogs Cantina back in August .The event was held in their dedicated event space directly next door to the main restaurant. Our event was extremely tricky to manage. To start we went from 100 guests to 250 guests over night less than 3 days before the event. The staff didn't even blink. They just immediately restructured and made it happen. We had VIP guests who needed to be separate from the main party. The venue itself has an upstairs balcony area with seating which was perfect to accommodate our needs. There was also a fully operational bar inside so guests were able to walk up and get drinks directly onsite instead of having to wait for drinks to be run over from the main restaurant. If you're looking for a place to host a large event, look not further.<br><br>I want to add that I didn't find out until the event was over that staff voluntarily picked up shifts on their day off to come in and work our event. Saying I could not have done the event without them is an understatement. The staff at Underdogs, specifically Nem, the event manager, went so far above and beyond to make sure that everything went according to plan. I felt like he was my own personal party planner. Knowing he managed our event on top of other events in the restaurant..I don't know how he did it.<br><br>Underdogs is a favorite restaurant of mine, their food is always good and it was no different for a large event. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
