Celebration

John, Jacob, Jingleheimer, and Schmidt do a fantastic job of creating a flavor experience in a personal setting. They will educate you on what you're eating and drinking while being fun to chat with. Overall it can be as fun or tame as you want it to be. The flavor journey is memorable and the uni in particular is a standout. The only criticism I have is that some of it felt a tad bit corporate in a setting that is otherwise very personal. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

Engagement Party

Can’t imagine it getting any better than this. Sushi by scratch blows all the competition out of the water. Every piece was so intricate and unique. Just when you think you’ve had the best sushi ever, then you try the next piece and it’s even better. Can’t give this place more praise; from the speakeasy entrance, to the interactive staff. Special S/O to Tomas and Jason for making it a great engagement experience for my friend. Will be back!
