9. Can we bring our own decorations, DJ, or entertainment?
Custom decorations, DJs, live entertainment, and outside event vendors may be permitted with prior approval from ORA de Nuit. All arrangements must comply with venue policies and safety requirements. Additional setup, staffing, or equipment charges may apply.
6. Is there a minimum spending requirement?
Yes. Minimum food and beverage spending requirements are $1,500 Monday through Thursday, $2,500 on Friday, $3,000 on Saturday, and $2,000 on Sunday. Venue rental fees, taxes, and applicable service charges are additional. Full restaurant buyouts require a customized minimum spending agreement.
5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All event deposits and payments are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date or reason. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. By confirming a reservation and submitting payment, guests acknowledge and agree to ORA de Nuit's cancellation and refund policy.
2. How much does it cost to rent ORA de Nuit?
Our venue rental rates start at $500 Monday through Thursday, $750 on Friday and Sunday, and $1,000 on Saturday. Rental fees cover up to four hours for events of up to 50 guests. Food, beverages, taxes, and applicable service charges are additional. Full restaurant buyouts require a customized quote.
7. Can we customize the menu for our event?
Yes. ORA de Nuit offers customized dining experiences featuring Italian and Haitian fusion cuisine. Our team will work with you to develop a menu that complements your event, guest preferences, and budget. Premium menu selections may require additional charges.
11. Can we extend our event beyond four hours?
Yes, additional event hours may be available upon request and are subject to venue availability. Extended rental time, additional staffing, entertainment, and other requested services may incur additional charges. All extensions must be approved by ORA de Nuit.
10. Is gratuity included in the event price?
A mandatory 20% service charge applies to all food and beverage purchases. Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion. Applicable taxes and additional event services are charged separately.

Submit your event inquiry through RestauRent or contact ORA de Nuit at 321-806-3000. Please provide your preferred event date, estimated number of guests, event type, and any special requests. Our team will review your inquiry and provide a customized event proposal.

ORA de Nuit welcomes birthday celebrations, anniversaries, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate dinners, business meetings, graduation parties, family gatherings, holiday celebrations, private dining experiences, and other special occasions.
8. Do you offer wine, champagne, and cocktails?
Yes. ORA de Nuit offers a full bar and a curated wine selection, including red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines. Wine by the glass starts at $15. Premium bottles, champagne, cocktails, and bottle service may be arranged for your event at an additional cost.
3. What is the average price per person?
Our private dining packages start at $75 per person. Our Signature Dining Experience is $100 per person, and our Luxury Private Dining Experience is $150 per person. Package pricing varies based on menu selections, beverages, and event requirements.
4. Is a deposit required to reserve the venue?
Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid at least seven days before your scheduled event. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and the booking agreement is accepted.

Great food, friendly service! My coworkers and I went to a PD in the neighborhood and went 2 days in a row.
I came to this restaurant for lunch two days in a row with my coworkers while I was at the Weeksville Heritage center for a training. We placed over 20 orders each day and we all got something different on the menu (vegan soup, porridge, rice/beans, fried fish, salmon, fried/stew chicken, griot, mac and cheese, patties (all flavors), sandwiches (amazing fries!), and juices. Everyone was satisfied with their order! It was delicious, authentic, and fresh. Finally, Immacula, the restaurant’s host, was very attentive and ensured that every customer enjoyed their food and time there. I will be back!! Immacula, mèsi paske ou te resevwa nou!
