What are your beverage packages?
A bar package is required for any group of 50+ and for all venue buyouts, regardless of group size. Bar based on consumption is OK for groups of under 50, unless booked as a venue buyout. We do not offer individual checks / cash bar for events. Payment Details?
- The Client agrees to remit an agreed-upon non-refundable deposit upon the booking of the event. - Payment of the deposit shall serve to confirm the event and reserve the date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will either be credited towards the total cost of the event or retained by One40 Rooftop in the event of cancellation. - Should the deposit not be received by the designated due date, One40 Rooftop reserves the right to cancel the reservation, releasing the date, and absolving One40 Rooftop of any further obligations under this agreement. - The Client shall settle the remaining balance, along with any additional fees, no later than 7 days prior to the contracted event date, via credit card, cash, or certified check. Any overages will be charged directly proceeding the event to the payment method on file. - Failure to remit payment by the specified deadline will result in event cancellation, termination of this agreement, and forfeiture of the deposit. - The Client shall also remit payment to One40 Rooftop for the applicable New York State Tax of 8.875%, a gratuity of 18% + 5% administration fee, and a 4% processing fee (when payment is made digitally). - Additionally, the Client agrees to compensate One40 Rooftop for any supplementary services, additional requests, or costs associated with exceeding the contracted guest guarantee, which were not originally included in the initial event contract.

From Stacey the,very elegant, manager to Matt our waiter and even Eric who was helping with the table was super attentive. Everyone just seemed happy to be there and to help. We went for my wife's birthday lunch and it was very memorable!
