Industrial details, vinyl album art, and a guitar case installation give it Music City character. BYOB friendly for guests 21+. Host up to 25 guests in our Wellness & Movement Studio, ideal for yoga, fitness classes, breathwork, and retreats. Cushioned mat flooring supports floor-based movement, while a Rogue squat rack, free weights, and built-in speakers suit strength and guided sessions. An 8-person sauna and 4-person cold plunge are available for recovery-focused experiences. Set within a creative, industrial-style building in The Nations, the studio offers a comfortable space for movement and connection.

The Library Boardroom seats up to 12 around a collaborative table in a warm, library-inspired setting. Located inside our industrial-chic lounge, it offers ergonomic chairs, a TV monitor, and two whiteboards for meetings, workshops, presentations, and team offsites. Smaller meeting rooms and private phone booths are available as add-ons for breakouts or calls. Coffee, tea, cold brew, and kombucha service can also be added to your booking.

Record your podcast or video content in a professional studio seating up to 4 guests. The setup includes 4 microphones, 4K cameras, and a technician who manages sound and video throughout your session. Every booking includes a 1080p multicamera switched recording, so you can focus on the conversation. Ideal for interviews, panels, solo episodes, and branded content. 4K capture and file handling are available for an additional upgrade fee and must be selected before your session.

Everything I said above was my short way to describe our exact experience. They were hands on for our event and didn’t just leave us to do everything ourselves. The coworking members actually seemed to want to engage instead of just ignore one another all day. We sent many of our attendees to an event Music City Work Club was hosting the next week called Breakthrough & Eggs, and our people loved it.<br><br>Every time I go back to visit, record a podcast, or rent some space for a gathering I’m hosting, I run into someone who is bragging about the place and the people they attract.<br><br>This is a must connect with Nashville hotspot.<br><br>I highly recommend!

While I couldn't participate in their local entrepreneur meetup, I was thrilled to see it happening from a distance and thought it was well-curated. Bonus: when my wife brought in our bawling baby to change him in the restroom, the staff complimented his wailing with "kid's got rhythm!" Very Nashville.
See moreWe went for a pre-opening event, and just fell in love with the place! It has such a good feel to it, all kinds of "spaces" for any kind of work area you might need. An unbelievable collection of memorabilia.....lost of fum looking at all of that. Private, public and soundproof spaces, this has something for everyone!
