We had my son's 13th Birthday party last week and the kids had a blast. Everyone was impressed with the food and activities.

As the parent of one of the children who attended Keaton’s birthday party at Sky Zone, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Operations Manager Rhea Pace for the way she handled an unfortunate situation involving several boys who were repeatedly bothering and bullying children in our group.<br><br>As a parent, it is concerning to hear that your child was involved in a situation like this, especially while attending what should be a fun birthday celebration. However, I was extremely pleased to learn how seriously Rhea took the concerns and how quickly and professionally she responded.<br><br>What stood out most was her follow-through. When the behavior continued, she did not dismiss the children’s concerns or assume the situation had resolved itself. She continued addressing it and made sure the children felt heard, protected, and safe.<br><br>My child was very happy with the outcome and especially appreciative of how Ms. Rhea handled everything. After the situation was resolved, Keaton and his friends were able to continue celebrating his birthday and enjoying themselves without allowing the incident to ruin their day.<br><br>I sincerely appreciate knowing that Sky Zone has management willing to step in when necessary and take the safety and well-being of children seriously. Rhea demonstrated professionalism, compassion, excellent judgment, and outstanding leadership.<br><br>Thank you, Rhea, for looking out for our children and making sure they could safely enjoy Keaton’s special day. We recently celebrated my nephew's birthday at Main Event, and once again they exceeded every expectation! I booked one of the Main Event party packages, and from the moment we arrived until the very end, everything ran so smoothly.<br><br>Our party host, Naman, was absolutely incredible. He greeted us at the door upon arrival and immediately made us feel welcome. Managing 15 excited kids (plus several adults) is no small task, but he handled everything flawlessly. Our bowling lanes were ready when we arrived, he quickly got everyone fitted with shoes, and the kids were bowling in no time.<br><br>Our server, Ducky, was just as amazing. He kept up with drink and appetizer orders, checked on us frequently, and was always available whenever we needed anything. At the party table, Naman made sure the food came out right on time, and he even brought the birthday cake to the table with the candles already lit, making the celebration completely stress-free for us.<br><br>The kids had an absolute blast playing laser tag, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, energetic, and genuinely excited to help make the party special. After laser tag, the kids headed to Gravity Ropes. I had two children who were too short to participate, and instead of letting them feel left out, the gentlemen running the attraction not only made sure they received their arcade cards, but also gave each of them a little rubber duck. Those ducks have been carried around ever since the party, and that simple act of kindness meant so much.<br><br>We finished with the Human Crane experience, where Travis was incredibly patient and kind with the birthday boy. He made the experience fun not only for him but for all of the kids watching and cheering him on.<br><br>Throughout the entire party, Bailey and Jasmine also checked on us regularly to make sure everything was going perfectly. Their attentiveness truly showed how much the entire team cares about providing a great experience.<br><br>I've hosted several birthday parties at Main Event over the years, and every single one has been fantastic. The outstanding customer service, organization, and genuine kindness of the staff are what keep us coming back. Thank you to Naman, Ducky, Travis, Bailey, Jasmine, and the entire Main Event team for making my nephew's birthday so memorable. Keep up the amazing work! We'll definitely be back!
