Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
As we are a full-service property, we handle all food and beverage on-site. This includes any menu items from our award-winning chef and all beer, wine, and liquor service. However, clients are permitted to bring in cakes and desserts for their event if applicable.
Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
Certain spaces have access to wall-mounted TVs or pull-down projection screens. There is no additional A/V equipment on property and guests must either go through a third-party, bring their own, or consult our in-house A/V provider.
Does the venue have a liquor license?
Absolutely. All of our food and beverage staff are required to be TABC certified.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
We actively encourage guests to bring in decor to help bring the vision of your perfect event to life! However, prohibited items include any open flame, liquids, gasses, pyrotechnics, smoke machines, and any items that may damage the walls, flooring, or furniture.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
Refunds may be issued if the Hotel cannot perform service under the Impossibility clause found in our Agreements. Cancellation penalties will be incurred if cancelled within 60 days of the event date after a signed and returned Agreement has been submitted.
What is the venue capacity?
Venue capacities are determined by which space is being utilized with the type of setup (i.e. rounds, reception, classroom, etc.) and the amount of event imperatives or action items found in your event (vendors, photo booths, etc.).
Does the venue have a curfew for events?
All of our events have a stoppage time by midnight (12AM).
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
We have parking on-site that features two levels of access with ground floor and a sub-level parking garage available. Parking must be purchased for either event attendees or overnight guests.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Lorenzo Hotel Dallas is ADA compliant for all aspects of property navigation.
Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
A dedicated Event Coordinator is encouraged depending on the scale of your event to help facilitate between the Group and Hotel.
What is included in the venue rental?
Included in your venue rental gives access to our tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, charger plates, dance floor, stage riser, plus a dedicated and experienced catering team.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
We have a variety of approved and preferred vendors depending on the type of service seeking solicitation.
How much does it cost it cost to rent the venue?
To rent any of our event spaces comes with a food and beverage minimum plus a room rental fee. Pricing will vary depending on availability and the space(s) requested.
