The first-floor buyout includes the Main Dining Room, Salon Room, and Terrasse Chauffée, while a full restaurant buyout includes the entire venue and second-floor Salle du Soleil. These flexible options are ideal for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, and large celebrations, with multiple spaces available for cocktails, dining, entertainment, and bar service.
Terrasse Chauffe

Terrasse Chauffée is a bright, versatile event space that serves as a covered patio in summer and a heated, enclosed sunroom in cooler months. Perfect for showers, birthdays, rehearsal gatherings, cocktail receptions, and larger celebrations, it accommodates up to 60 seated guests or 80 cocktail-style.
Salle Du Soleil
Up to 60 guests
Salle du Soleil is a spacious second-floor private dining room featuring a private bar, restroom, and AV capabilities. Ideal for corporate events, rehearsal dinners, celebrations, and cocktail receptions, the space accommodates up to 40 seated guests or 60 cocktail-style. Please note that the second floor is accessible by stairs only.
The Dining Room

The Dining Room Located in the heart of Le Sud’s main dining area, the Dining Room offers a lively, polished setting with direct access to the full bar. Ideal for corporate dinners, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, and other group celebrations, the space combines the energy of the restaurant with warm Mediterranean-inspired ambiance and attentive service. Capacity: Approximately 40–50 guests. Features: Main dining area with full bar access.
The Salon Room
Up to 24 guests
The Salon Room is a warm and inviting semi-private space perfect for intimate celebrations, business dinners, showers, and small gatherings. Featuring exposed brick, natural light, and elegant décor, it accommodates up to 24 seated guests or 30 guests cocktail-style.

Leave a ReviewWe hosted my daughter and son-in-law's baby shower here. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was. Sandy was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning. The day of the event, we had wonderful service from Brandon, and Jorge, the manager, was very helpful. Our guests were impressed by the delicious food and wonderful service. I highly recommend Le Sud in Roscoe Village!

This is a must visit restaurant if you are a local or as someone from a little farther away looking for a wonderful experience, delicious food and friendly staff and patrons. We visit for dinners and their special events, always leaving happy with the food, cost, and service. The special events are a welcome surprise that blends food, wine, and community.
