The avocado bhel was okay.<br><br>The service was nice, and they accommodated some of our customization requests.<br><br>Overall good food and presentation. Nice addition to the fine Indian cuisine options in manhattan.<br><br>The vegetarians in our group were happier than the non vegetarians, as the reimagined chicken makhani was a miss, and they were not able to serve some of the wines I requested, hence the 4 stars on food.

See moreWe were a party of four and chose the non-vegetarian tasting menu, and every course was thoughtfully curated with its own special touch.<br>The appetizers set the tone for the evening. The chickpea dhokla, oyster pani puri, and avocado oysters were all packed with flavor and beautifully presented. Each bite showcased a creative interpretation of Indian cuisine while staying true to its roots.<br>The main courses were equally impressive. The lobster ghee roast, lamb shammi, and chicken makhani were all exceptional, with rich, balanced flavors and flawless execution. By the end of the savory courses, we were completely satisfied.<br>The desserts took the experience to another level. The strawberry malai and cashew katli were elegant, inventive, and the perfect ending to the meal.<br>Indienne delivers a remarkable fusion of traditional Indian flavors and modern gastronomy. The food, service, and atmosphere were all impeccable, making this one of the best dining experiences we've had.<br>A special highlight was meeting Chef Sujan Sarkar after dinner. It was a pleasure to thank him personally for such an outstanding meal.<br>Overall: 10/10. Highly recommended.
