Fitoor Indian Grill & Lounge - Santa Monica

Fitoor in Santa Monica is a must try! Great ambience, impeccable service, and such a delectable menu. I love to take my friends there for a taste of Indian food that stays authentic and yet elevated.

Fitoor is an experience worth spluring on!<br><br>From the beautiful ornate bar, to the ambiance and the songs, we loved everything. Roshni was really great with us, she suggested good portion for our group to order and always had a smile on her!<br><br>Let's get to the showstoppers - The Food and The Cocktails!!<br>- Definitely try their anniversary specials. These cocktails are worth the calories 😅. We had the Bad romance, Ocean Breeze, Indulgence (quite spicy), Sours, and their Mocktails too. ALL AWESOME!<br><br>- We got the Mushroom Kulcha from sharables. Although small, the Kulcha was very flavorful.<br><br>- From the Small Plates section we got:<br>-- Palak and okra chaat<br>-- Prawn and curry leaf (must try)<br>-- Paneer Tikka (very soft)<br>-- Peshawari Lamb Sheekh (didn't live up to the expectations)<br>-- Chili Chicken (really good indo Chinese!)<br><br>- The small plates dazzled us more than the large plates. In large plates we ordered:<br>-- Jackfruit and water chestnut korma (very fresh, very new flavors. Best large plate dish)<br>-- Butter chicken (too sweet, very creamy)<br>-- Lamb Curry with Malabar parotha<br><br>- Desserts were scooped up in minutes:<br>-- Cassata (Must have!)<br>-- Gulab Jamun Creme Brulee<br><br>Overall a luxurious fancy Indian dining experience.

I’m in town with some friends and we decided to stop by for dinner and it was great! Our server Gabi was so kind and attentive and super fun! The GM was also so funny and stopped by our table to introduce himself. The ambience and location was also great! Will definitely be back soon!
