Private Event Venue in Brooklyn, NY | Famous Last Words Famous Last Words is a warm, eclectic neighborhood bar and community space in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn—part cocktail bar, part clubhouse, part gallery, and occasionally a very well-stocked house party. We’re proudly queer-friendly, immigrant-friendly, anti-ICE and anti-hate, and we’ve built the bar around a simple idea: everyone deserves a place where they feel welcome. That spirit makes FLW an especially fun place to gather. We host birthdays, receptions, fundraisers, company events, art shows, celebrations and just-about-any-reason parties, with a main bar, separate lounge and backyard that can be adapted to the occasion. Our full bar offers thoughtful cocktails without the preciousness, great wine, beer, cider and frozen drinks, with custom cocktails and beverage menus available for private events. We work with neighborhood restaurants, artists, DJs, makers and community organizations and can help bring food, music and other details together. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a full-on party, we want your event to feel less like you rented a venue and more like, for a few hours, you had a really great Brooklyn bar of your own.
