Oh what a night! Last night we celebrated a birthday at Cynthia and it was wonderful. The food, the staff, the ambiance- spectacular. We have been to many of NYCs finest and this ranks with the best. Luckily we live walking distance and can visit often- thinking every seasonal menu change. Perfection! Thank you.

I’m sure my pictures don't do justice to the beauty of the plating of the meals. The food was fantastic! The service was amazing! loved the small intimate atmosphere! The couples tables upfront would be amazing for an anniversary dinner. You absolutely have to get the wagyu meat upgrade! The au jous was delicious.

Myself and 3 friends went for dinner last week, and everything was so amazing! Cassidy & Claire did such a beautiful job creating an incredible menu and such a thoughtful dining experience. Every course felt carefully curated, with an amazing story behind it, and every detail was so well thought out, down to the gorgeous glassware that we genuinely couldn’t stop talking about all night.<br><br>The standouts for me were the Scallop Cacio e Pepe and the Fluke Roll course, but the steak was also absolutely to die for. It was so tender, and the sauces it came with were genuinely mouthwatering. The cocktails were delicious too, and I especially loved their interpretation of a Cosmo. I also absolutely loved the dessert. The little miso caramel and fizzy candy sweets were such a fun and perfect way to finish the meal.<br><br>One of my friends also had dietary restrictions, and the team accommodated him so seamlessly that it didn’t affect the experience at all, which we really appreciated.<br><br>The interiors are beautiful too. The space feels refreshing while still being cozy and intimate at the same time, and the West Village location is perfect for it. I also really loved hearing about their focus on reducing food waste and creating a more sustainable dining experience. You can tell how much care goes into every part of what they’re doing.<br><br>I also love that the menu will change seasonally, which makes me so excited to come back and experience it again in different ways. I would 100% recommend this spot for a fun night out with friends or a cozy date night. It felt special from start to finish without ever feeling stuffy or pretentious. Can’t wait to come back again and again!
