Can I bring in outside vendors (photographers, DJs, etc.)?

Yes. Outside vendors are welcome but must be approved by our Events Team in advance and provide necessary insurance documentation.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Centreville Bank Stadium. All catering and beverage services must be arranged through 401 Collective.

Can I decorate the space?

Yes. Decorations are welcome with prior approval. However, items may not be affixed to stadium walls or structures with tape, nails, or staples. Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not allowed.

Is the stadium ADA accessible?

Yes. Centreville Bank Stadium is fully ADA compliant. Accessible parking, seating, and restrooms are available.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

For outdoor events, weather plans must be discussed in advance. Please speak with your Event Sales representative in advance.
