Kalimotxo: 80 seated in doors/ 22 seated outdoors. 150 Standing between indoor and outdoor spaces. Lefty's Day & Night: 98 seated/ 250 standing Rooftop Event space: 56 seated/ 150 standing Conference Room: 36 seated/standing
What is required to reserve an event space at ARRIVE Austin?
We require a signed contract agreement, and a 50% deposit to confirm and hold our event spaces. The remaining 50% along with any additional outstanding balance is due one business day after the event's conclusion.
What menu options are available?
We offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus as well as large party event menus of small bites from Lefty's Day & night and passed pintxos and sharable tapas from Kalimotxo.
Does your venue charge a room fee or a food & beverage minimum requirement?
The ARRIVE Conference room is reserved by paying a room rental fee. Lefty's Day & Night and Kalimotxo are reserved by agreeing to a minimum food & beverage spend, and the ARRIVE Rooftop event space is reserved by either a room rental or F&B minimum requirement, depending on the nature of the event.

Leave a ReviewMy husband and I recently got married here in Austin and stayed with friends and family at the Arrive, and I would highly recommend. We had a great experience with Joshua and the staff at the hotel at any time of the day. We got nothing but high praises about our choice from our guests. Close options for food, night life and drinks. We selected the south side rooms for a quiet experience and we are happy we did. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful and kind among the stresses of a wedding. Thank you to everyone who worked our weekend and thank you to Joshua for all your kindness and hard work. We look forward to staying there and recommending in the future!

The staff was incredible, the manager was the sweetest manager of any hotel I’ve been too and set up the room with gifts, and asked about how the wedding went with genuine interest. They gave us a free upgrade in rooms, were far more flexible with wedding block minimums than other hotels, and were very priced.<br><br>Great location near multiple bars and restaurants, and their downstairs bar is fantastic too. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel.
See moreWe had a room block here for our wedding weekend, and hosted our wedding after party event at the Arrive. All of the staff, and most especially Joshua, were so incredibly kind and helpful. Joshua was quick to respond throughout the planning process, and it meant so much to us that he seemed genuinely so excited for us to be organizing parts of our wedding weekend at the Arrive. The location, the hotel aesthetic, and, most importantly, the service was amazing. We are so grateful we found the Arrive! We will definitely be back to stay again.
