Sof Hospitality was founded in 2021 as we began to expand our restaurant umbrella and capitalize on our individual crafts in the industry. Today, Sof is the proud restaurant group of our three Israeli-inspired concepts: our high end butchery and specialty steakhouse Doris Metropolitan, our one-of-a-kind bakery with unique offerings only found in Houston, Bādolina Bakery & Café, and Hamsa, a modern-Isreali restaurant with an upbeat vibe. Sof was created by Itai Ben Eli and Itamar Levy out of their desire to share Israeli culture and food with the rest of the world. Sof’s mission is to provide guests with an unparalleled dining experience rooted in unique flavor profiles and techniques from around the world.
